How to Fly in GMod
There are multiple methods to fly in GMod. Flying in GMod allows you to noclip through solid objects. This is useful when you are trying to get around the map in a fast manner. If you own a server, it's important to know how to fly around to watch your players.
Method 1: Noclip Bind
In SBox, noclip is by default binded to a key on your keyboard. You can press the V key to fly at any time while you are playing Sandbox. If you want to disable noclip in GMod, you can do so by pressing the V button again.
Method 2: Console Command
If you are in a gamemode where noclip isn't default binded to V, you can noclip by typing noclip in console. You will need to have your developer console enabled and sv_cheats set to 1.
Method 3: ! command
If you are on a server with the administration systems ULX or SAM, you can noclip with commands. To noclip using SAM, open your chatbox and type !noclip. To noclip using ULX, open your console by pressing the tilde key. Once console is open, type ulx noclip in the command line and press enter.

How to Ragdoll in GMod
To ragdoll your player in GMod, you will need the ULX administration addon. Once you have the ULX admin mod, you can ragdoll your player by typing ulx ragdoll into the console.
How to Kill Yourself in GMod
To kill yourself in GMod, navigate to your console by pressing the tilde key. Type kill in your console and press enter. This will cause your player to respawn.
If you don't want to use the kill command, you might be able to get away with taking fall damage. In certain game modes like DarkRP, fall damage is realistic. If you fall from a high enough place, you will take enough damage for your player to die.
